Welcome to Stimac Family Estate. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or making of donations through our online shop. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are purchasing alcohol (if applicable to the estate’s offerings), you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence and the country of delivery.

3. Products and Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or errors in pricing.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Payments and Donations

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
  • Donations: Contributions made to the restoration of the Stimac Family Estate are voluntary. Unless otherwise specified by local law, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
  • Security: We do not store full credit card details. All transactions are encrypted via SSL technology.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within the European Union. For inquiries regarding international shipping outside the EU, please contact us directly.
  • Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party courier services.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

  • Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, clearly personalized items, or sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened bottles).
  • Process: To exercise this right, notify us at katarina@thebrandtale.com. You must return the items at your own expense within 14 days of notification.
  • Refunds: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery type other than our standard delivery), once we receive the goods back or evidence of their return.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Stimac Family Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stimac Family Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
